These terms cover the use of this website. Using it means accepting them. They say nothing about the file hosting service itself, which has its own terms that you agree to with it, not here.

What this site is

An information site about a file hosting service: what the plans cost, what the limits are, and how the uploader reward program pays. It is not the service, it does not host your files, it cannot open, close, suspend or refund an account, and it has no access to anybody account.

Using the information

You may read it, quote it with a link back, and act on it at your own judgement. You may not republish whole pages as your own, and you may not pass the content off as coming from the service.

If you post a review

Write about your own experience. Entries that are advertising, abuse, somebody personal details, or links to malware are removed without notice. By posting you allow the entry to be shown on the page. You can ask for it to be taken down at any time.

Accuracy and availability

Figures are checked when a page is written and can be out of date by the time you read it, because the service changes its own prices and limits whenever it likes. Nothing here is a promise that a price, a limit or a payout rate will still apply. The site is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it will be reachable at any given moment.

Links that leave this site

Links to other sites are there because they are useful. What those sites do, charge or publish is outside the control of this one.

Limits of responsibility

Decisions you take after reading these pages are yours. No responsibility is accepted for money spent, time lost, files deleted or accounts closed by a third party service.
