Accounts and limits
How big a file can I upload?
5250 MB without an account, 10500 MB once registered, and no stated limit with premium.
How much can I download in a day?
54 GB on a free account, 73 GB registered, and no stated limit with premium.
Is there a storage limit?
Registered and premium accounts have no stated storage limit. Without an account there is no storage at all, only the file you just uploaded.
How long does a file stay online?
Ten days after the last download on free, thirteen registered, twenty one with premium. Each download restarts the clock, so a file that keeps being downloaded keeps living.
Downloading
What does premium actually remove?
Three things: the wait before a download starts, the captcha, and the advertising. Everything else is a limit going away rather than a feature appearing.
Can I use a download manager?
Yes, at every level. Accelerators are supported and a broken download can be resumed.
Can I upload straight from a link?
Yes, remote URL upload works at every level including free.
Why do the payment buttons not appear?
Usually an ad blocker. Filter lists sometimes hide payment elements on a checkout page. Switch the blocker off for that page and reload.
Money
What is the cheapest way in?
Three days at $2. For anything ongoing the 365 day plan at $70 is the cheapest per day, about 19 cents.
Period or traffic package?
A package is a fixed amount of download traffic with no time limit attached. If you need 35 GB once, $10 buys it without buying a month.
When do I get paid as an uploader?
From $10. Small payouts usually go out daily, larger ones can take up to a week, and the transfer fee is not deducted from your balance.
Does an ad blocker cost me earnings?
Not yours, the visitor’s. Downloads from someone running an ad blocker are not credited to you.
